We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note: Items sent back without prior return confirmation may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We carefully inspect every item before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (beauty or hygiene-related products)

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about a product, we recommend contacting us before purchasing.


Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, the fastest option is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
